Factories, consolidation facilities, freight and delivery services are provided by external partners. Martin Max coordinates their work; we do not own factories, warehouses, vessels or delivery fleets.
Factory coordination
Our China-based team works close to suppliers and export operations. We match product requirements with suitable factories, follow sample development and check production readiness before a range moves forward.
Consolidation and export
A retail assortment can come from more than one supplier. Goods are received, checked and prepared for consolidated export movement. Our team coordinates supplier handoffs and shipment preparation with partners.
Ocean freight and import
For the China-to-Canada supply route, we coordinate containerized transport, shipment documentation, Canadian import and customs clearance with external logistics partners. Shipment requirements are considered alongside product sourcing and the destination.
Martin Max covers import duties and clearance fees for your original order. Applicable HST and other sales taxes are charged separately at checkout.
Canadian distribution
Receiving, local distribution and delivery planning are coordinated with our fulfillment and retail partners. Our Canadian team connects buyer communication with these final stages. Availability and timing are confirmed for the product and destination.
