Privacy & your application data

When you submit a wholesale application we store the information you enter: business name, contact first and last name, email, phone, business type, city and province. If you choose to provide them, we also store your business number (BN), street address, website or social link, a store photo, and any description you add. We also record the date of your submission and, if you arrived through a referral link or a marketing link, the referral code and campaign details in that link.

We use this information to review your application, verify that you are an operating retail business, and contact you about your wholesale account by phone or email. If your application is approved, the same details are used to set up your partner account and your wholesale pricing.

The marketing checkbox on the application form is optional and unchecked by default. If you check it, we record your consent and the time it was given, and we may send you occasional wholesale product updates and offers. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us — we will stop sending marketing messages. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your wholesale account or our ability to contact you about your application or orders.

Application records are kept while your business relationship with Martin Max is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for our business records. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information in your application.

To ask a privacy question, correct your information, or withdraw marketing consent, you can reply to any Martin Max email you have received from us, or speak with our team in person at any Martin Max store in New Brunswick. Store locations and hours are listed on our home page.
